The name is misleading...the beef is from here in the states. We use flank steak like they do in Mongolia...well, technically, Taiwan where this dish originated. Served atop rice.
Frozen meals are fully assembled, cooked, and ready to be heated to eat! Cooking times vary greatly based on the type of oven, meal and temperature. We recommend cooking all items at 375 degrees until the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees.
